Kenneth M. Moltner has been an attorney for over 30 years, practicing family, trusts and estates and business litigation. He is also a Counsel to the Commissioners of Elections in the City of New York. He is a former Chair of Manhattan Community Board 8 and was appointed by Mayor Bloomberg to the New York City Charter Revision Commission. He has presented Continuing Legal Education programs to attorneys at the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York City Bar Association, including programs on New York State litigation practice. Ken co-authored “Treatment and Management of Maladaptive Schemas,” published by Springer, which offers innovative means of altering self-destructive beliefs and their resulting behaviors. Before becoming a member of the GJC board of directors, Ken was on GJC’s advisory board.
Ken is a graduate of New York University, Phi Beta Kappa with Honors in Politics, and the New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
